A plug is certainly appropriate for Go Htm, a free pdf/doc to html converter.
Here are two issues of Koka2, the Eastercon newsletter, converted using GoHTM. Issue 2 uses their no frames conversion; Issue 5 uses their frames conversion.
Feedback is very welcome. I'm particularly interested in minority browsers. We're trying to produce a tradeoff between time and quality output here; the advantage of Gohtm is that it's a very quick, on the fly, solution to getting, eg, convention newsletters online as soon as they're produced.
